A pharmacokinetic review was conducted in eight horses to collect serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) levels of ponazuril soon after an individual dose of 5 mg/kg human body fat. The believed parameter values were being accustomed to model time concentration profiles for ponazuril in serum and CSF. The model effects were utilized to estimate the si
